Copy & Paste

Another very elementary operation in SimQuest is Copy-Pasting. By copying and pasting you can make multiple copies of an element. This always works in the same fashion:

1.	Select an element (left click).

2.	Right click. A menu should pop up.

3.	Left click on Copy.

4.	Now Right click again to bring back the menu.

5.	Left Click on Paste.

In the figures below you can see how you can copy and subsequently paste an Assignment.

Pasting an Assignment

A copy of the Assignment will appear in the Application window, with (copy) behind its original name. You may want to Rename the Assignment.

Copying elements in an Interface

One more Example: copying an Action Button in the Interface editor.

•	Open the interface editor.

•	Right click. A menu should pop up.

•	Left click on Copy.

•	Now Right click again to bring back the menu.

•	Left Click on Paste.
