Explanations
Explanations are small pieces of direct information that authors can use to, for instance, clarify an assignment or provide introductory information. Also, learners may optionally consult explanations before, during, and after the inquiry session. Explanations can refer to variables, relations and structures in the domain. In SimQuest, Explanation elements may consist of different media (text, a webpage, pictures, sound or even video).
